For file protection StarForce has developed special web-service. This new system has no analogues and is represented as a system of protection and distribution control of e-documents.
From now on clients have the ability to protect created documents, re-protect the old ones, create a new key for a new client and get reports on the usage of earlier distributed documents at any time, from any place within a few minutes. It`s an absolutely safe process because everyone has its own protected web cabinet.
Protection of files, Serial Number and report generation are performed within the projects in a user's workspace.
The first version of this web service which is launched in June 2009 is available for protection of pdf files only. StarForce continues developing the new service. We will present this service for new formats and with more options already in 2009.
Protection of doc, rtf, ppt, html, etc. formats are supported in accordance with the existing model - via special protection tool. And for this moment file protection is implemented by StarForce technical support specialists.
