StarForce Technologies, the leading developer of software solutions for programs and digital information protection against leakage, copying and illegal distribution, released 2014.3 update for StarForce protection systems.

The most important changes are the following:

• SF Helper utility contains recommendations to download a patch from Microsoft for Windows 8.1 and applications with the protection version from 5.70.014.001 to 5.70.046.004.
• Malfunction of the containers in Protection Studio is fixed. The problem occurred when the user disabled the containers in the ‘Container manager’ window and opened a saved project file.
• Full user guides are updated. New sections with additional information on the products are added.
• To speed up performance a new version of the API function that checks the integrity of code and data of the executable files is developed (without Windows XP support).

StarForce Technologies has started works aimed to stop Windows XP support. Next update will be released without the support of this operating system.
