StarForce Technologies Launches Corporate Email Service

07.04.2016

SFLetter.com, a secure email service developed by StarForce Technologies, adds a new feature: the use of the client’s own domain names for sending messages and attachments protected against copying and forwarding. This option is designed for corporate users who need to use corporate email addresses to work more effectively with their customers and suppliers.

The main goal of SFLetter.com is to prevent leakage of emails and attachments. After sending, the documents are stored in a special, protected format and the addressee gets only one activation key to access them. Using his online account, the sender can track when and from what IP address the email was opened. The sender also gets reports about attempts of unauthorized access.

“Osterman Research reports that more than 20% of staff violates companies’ security policy in order to perform work tasks. Companies, as a rule, do care much about protection within the enterprise’s perimeter, but ignore the situation when a document needs to leave the information system of the company for practical reasons. Employees engage in this at their own risk, knowing, for example, that if they don’t send a specific document, an important deal can fail and the company will not get the expected profit”, says Natalia Yashenkova, Head of Marketing and PR at StarForce Technologies. “Our solutions were designed to provide a smooth but controlled exchange of digital information. SFLetter.com provides a high level of control, seamless integration into the business process and minimum financial and time costs for deployment”.

The option to exchange emails using an own domain name is available to Business account owners. Having this type of account, you can also set a timer to limit access to protected files or revoke access to already sent emails immediately. A Business account costs $6.80 per month.
