StarForce announces release of StarForce Corporative - a completely new solution for protection against illegal usage of business software used in corporate networks.

SF Corporative binds protection functions to the server once the protected application is installed on the server in local network and its license is activated . Only one license is binded to the server and determines the work of protected application. It defines the number of simultaneously launched client applications, expiration period and other rights. Client applications at launch connect to the server requesting permission for star-up. This allows to control the number of active applications as well as the distribution process. .

SF Corporative protected products may be distributed on optical media or via the Internet. In case the software is distributed on disc it can be installed on as many servers or workstations as desired, however to launch the protected software the license must be purchased and activated it via the Internet.

Another important advantage is the freedom of end-users from installation and activation routine. All of these procedures are executed by the system administrator remotely. Without the license and its activation the protected application will be available for a trial period.
